This is a screenshot from an eminent domain case in which one of three appraisals was drastically different. I plotted all comparison properties in Google Earth and we actually flew the jury around to all the sites to show that the inflated valuation included properties in affluent neighborhoods and near busy shopping centers.
In this case, a miner was killed when two shuttle cars collided. I created a simple illustration of the shuttle car and used it to demonstrate the limited visibility of the drivers and the reasoning behind a mining regulation regarding operating of cars on the same route.
